Sort Outlook Address Book (Outlook 2002)

Is there any way to sort the Contact Address book from Outlook 2002? Mine sorts and lists the addresses by first name. I’ve looked around and can’t find any way to sort by last name as well as list by Last name, First name. Outlook 98 used to have that options

Have you tried this?

Start with Tools/E-mail Accounts/View or Change Existing Directories or Address Books.
Choose Outlook Address Book and click the Change button.
Select Contacts, then choose File As at the bottom.
