Is anyone familiar with a program called Isis Draw? We have a user who is using Isis Draw to create chemical drawings which he then copies and pastes into Word. Our standard OS is Windows NT 4.0 and we’re using Word 2000. He was getting Dr. Watson errors in documents with Isis drawings in them. We switched him to Windows 2000, and now he’s getting Winword.exe errors.
I suspect that there’s a software conflict between Isis Draw and either Windows NT/2000 or Word 2000, but I can’t find anything to document it. If anyone else has run into this problem, or if anyone is using Isis Draw in this environment with no problem, I’d appreciate knowing about it. I’ve also posted this in the Windows NT folder. Thanks so much.
