Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |
My Frontpage seems to be slow at everything it does – opening pages to edit, editing hyperlinks, selecting text, scrolling pages. In fact, it seems to have to think about just about everything. By slow, I mean there is perhaps a 4-5 second delay between the click and a result. This can slow one down to a crawl ,waiting for one thing to happen before going on to the next.
The rest of my system runs like silk (Win2K, PIII 733, 512Mb RAM). Any ideas how I can speed up?
