I have a Dell LAtitude D620 that when on battery power after I wake it the WiFi does not find the network and all I can do is restart the computer. I did a google and seem to have found that this is a known issue. Does anyone know if the newest drivers from Dell fix this or anything else about this before I do anything drastic to my machine?
    Thanks

Especially right now, with a Vista based PC I’d be sure to have the latest drivers. Hardware vendors & OEMs are updating drivers rather frequently for Vista. You also should check your power settings to make sure the PC is not allowed to turn off the WiFi.

I appreciate this may be a Vista-specific issue, but do any of the suggestions in the thread beginning with post 550,499 help?
