I have several users that are having a strange problem. They all have a signature created (no graphics or fancy stuff), and they have the signature set to be inserted on all new emails but NOT on reply or forward. When forwarding or replying to an email message, everything looks fine (no signature) before they send the message. However, once the message is sent, the auto signature appears above any text in the message. If you turn auto signature off for new messages then the problem goes away, but then the user has to manually insert the signature on every message. We are using Office XP, Windows XP, Exchange 2000, and HTML mail. Please advise! Thanks!!!

In case anyone runs across this in the future, there is a fix for this problem. You can either apply the next service release, or you can obtain a fix from Microsoft. I don’t have the KB article number available though. sorry!
