In a Powerpoint template (Jan.pot) I have created a toolbar with just one button, to execute a macro. If the toolbar is shown, the button and code behind it just work fine. What I would like is a way to show that toolbar when a presentation based on this template is created or opened. And to hide the toolbar when another presentation is created or opened. I thought this could be accomplished by creating Public Subs Auto_New, Auto_Open and Auto_Close in a standard VBA module, toggling the visibility: Application.CommandBars(“Jan”).Visible = True/False
But these Auto_xx subs don’t seem to get triggered at all. I searched the Lounge, but didn’t find anything to resolve my problem. Any idea’s?
