Show no of days left to Christmas on a Form (2003)

I know this is really sad – (my excuse is that I am trying and make custom form building a bit more memorable)

But I want as part of a custom form to add a field to show how many days there are left to Christmas. Can anybody help please?

PS does anyone know of any decent online tutorials for form building I could recommend for further study?

Roberta, I don’t use forms, and cannot help with that aspect, but if you are using VBA in your form, the

DATEDIFF(“d”, Date, DateSerial(Year(Date), 12, 25))

VBA function should get you the daycount (depending on if you want to count today or not).

Your a genius – just had to put sets of brackets along side the “date” bit and it works a treat.
