I have a cross-tab query that collects annual data on number of tests performed. Of course each year a new field shows up. I made a form to show this, as well as a report, but I have to add each new year manually or it won’t show on the form/report. Are there any articles that tell how to add the new annual field to the form automatically (programmatically). I can’t seem to find this in a book, and probably am not looking for the right terminology.

This is a well known problem. It takes VBA to handle it. A search for Dynamic crosstab reports in this forum will turn up many threads; see for example the thread starting at post 365323. My first reply in that thread contains some links, and in my last reply I attached a demo database.
