      Select Tools | Customize…
      Click the Keyboard… button.
If you want the keyboard shortcut to be available in all documents, select Normal.dot in the “Save changes in” dropdown list. If you want it to be available only in the current document, or in all documents based on a specific template, select the document or template.
Select Macros in the list of categories.
Select the macro you want to assign a shortcut to in the list of macros that appears.
Click in the “Press new shortcut key” text box.
Press the desired shortcut key combination.
If this combination is already assigned to another action, it will be displayed below the text box. It is up to you to decide if you want to overrule the original assignment.
Click Assign to add the shortcut key to the list of Current keys.
      Finally, click Close (twice)
