    Has anyone solved the problem of setting Work Hours for shift work? A shift that starts at 8PM and finishes at 4AM.

      In Outlook 2000, go to Tools, Options, Preferences, Calendar Options (see attached file). There you can set the starting and ending times in addition to the first day of the week. I’ll be honest, though, that I don’t know how well it handles a work day that spans across two calendar days. confused
