Shared Printer Woes

I have a computer that is used by two users that have the same rights. One is able to print to a shared HP printer but the other can’t print. When she tries to print the icon appears in the bottom right for a moment or two (just like it is printing) it then disappears but nothing prints and there are no error messages.
There is no problem “seeing” the printer and pinging the printer isn’t a problem either. I have tried uninstalling the printer and reinstalling but no luck.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I agree with cowboydawg. Check on the server to see the users are (effectively) both in the same group for permissions to that printer.

Can she print to this printer from other machines?
