No one signed a contract with this statement, so I’d love to see how these Attorneys are going to claim damages.  It’s yet to be determined if this is going to be free or paid upgrade.

That was said by a Microsoft developer evangelist at a 2015 Ignite conference. It was never confirmed by anyone in WIndows program management or any Microsoft executive. See Why Microsoft is calling Windows 10 ‘the last version of Windows’ – The Verge

Seems a little early to be claiming damages when it has not even been released yet.

Come Monday,  I will speak to my lawyers about filling a suite for this insane unstable OS literally pushed on me. The work I will have to do to even restore 10?  will require a clean install and hours of getting drivers and other app support I had working.

These Bastards are seriously going to feel my wrath for doing this.  This is like the role out of Vista which I bought from Costco and took back in 1 to 2 days.  Even open,  Costco gave me my money back with no questions asked.  All I said was Vista!  and they said :  We understand.  here is your money back.

Besides being a memory hog! there are certain things about Vista I did like.  Its a shame they could fix all the bugs in it .

11 has ruined my laptop, slow, freezes up. I was supposed to have ten days to switch back to Windows 10 but after just a couple of hours when I tried to go back it said this function was no longer available. I have to buy a new laptop.

No you don’t.  What operating system did you have?
