This question has to do with both Win 7 and Win 10 so trying to cut down on the number of posts in either category. Thanks!
We are going to push out Chrome to a lot of our computers using our N-able. Tests have shown very good results. The only problem we have seen are those computers logged in with restricted accounts. Chrome installs just fine, but one of the activities we restrict is accessing the settings in either OS to make Chrome the default Browser. Is there a way to allow this without having to move the account to an OU on the server without the restrictions, go to each computer, either physically or remotely, log off and log back in to make Chrome the default then log back off, then move this account back to the restricted OU on the server and log the restricted account back on? I’ve got around 100 computers in our organization that need this and I’d like to find a way to lesswen the time as moch as possible.
Thanks
