    Hello,
We just began having this issue:
Server 2012 R2 terminal services immediately signing off users just a few seconds after they login. Happens to all users including administrator. Our tech consultant was able to get logged in using Safe Mode, but unable to find an issue.

The server was AV scanned yesterday (and every day before) with no issues. But it does smell of being something malicious.

    Any suggestions for troubleshooting?
    much thanks

You can set a timeout on TS sessions using TS manager. Maybe someone has set it very short?

      cheers, Paul

I wish it was that, but it is not. Our outside tech is actually creating a case with Microsoft support and been working on it for two days. I should have mentioned that the server is a virtual server.

Let us know if MS work it out.

      cheers, Paul

p.s. Makes no difference that it’s virtual, it’s still Windows software.

Here is something that helped me with this problem. It didn’t entirely cure it but it helped.
        Set this value
        “DisableTaskOffload”=dword:00000001
        in this key
        HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetservicesTcpipParameters
