Microsoft released NO non-security updates for Office on September 5, 2023. On April 10, 2018, Office 2013 reached End of Mainstream Support. Extended

It seems like yesterday when I bought Access 2013 new.  Alas, I removed it later since the on-line help did not work properly.   While not as powerful or easy to use as Access,  LibreOffice Base meets my needs.  And now Microsoft is extending Office 2013’s life.  I wonder if that applies to the separately purchased apps  as well.

They did extend it, it’s not extended now.  I’m not sure I understand your question?

I thought that they extended support again, but no.  They certainly waited a long time before cancelling support.  Windows versions do not last that long.

Does Microsoft still sell parts of Office?

Oh, I see.  Everything is subscription or one-time purchase (no update).

Everything is bundled together so no separate purchases of apps.
