A friend’s system (WIN 98 SE) has something wrong with Internet Explorer’s SEND PAGE BY EMAIL command. Both this command and the SEND LINK BY EMAIL are available to him but when he clicks on either on – nothing happens. It worked previously. The commands are available from FILE, TOOLS, and MAIL on the toolbar. But when he clicks on them, nothing happens. We did a REPAIR to Internet Explorer but to no avail. HELP!!!!

What email program is listed in the “Tools, Internet Options, and Program tab” ?

Outlook Express is listed as the email program.
