A coworker is trying to select one column so he can do a search. When he clicks the column header two or more columns are highlighted. It doesn’t matter which column he clicks, there are always more than the single column highligted. I’ve never seen it do this. We checked to see if his shift key was stuck and its not. What might cause this?

Does the problem persist after quitting and restarting Access? And after restarting the coworker’s PC?

We have quit and restarted Access. Haven’t tried restarting the PC. Will try that now.

Sometimes the simple solutions are all it takes. That worked. Thank you Hans.
