I created and published a site (using catalog.com’s service). When I access the service’s file manager, it states that my root directory is “protected”. Subsequently, I am unable to use a little script that automatically puts files on the site using ftp; I get a “permission denied” error when trying to post through ftp.

I did not set up security on my site and when I go to the Tools menu, the security command is not even available. Can anyone give me a clue on what the problem might be…any ideas would be very appreciated!
