    WORKING MODEL:
On the Visio 2000, I press F1 for help.
I am running Windows XP. On the main HelpScreen, ther are Navication buttons on the top: HIDE – BACK – FORWARD – PRINT – SEARCH
I click on Search and the Helpscreen splits in to. On the right side is a logo for Visio and the top box asks ‘What would you like to know?”
I search for a word like “email” and it shows all the links to that word

    PROBLEM MODEL:
An EU logs onto her PC and tries the same search and where the results should be she gets an error message:
“Initialization Failed c:program Filesvisiohelpvisio.chm…… and about 20 other “*.chm” files after that laike vis_se.chm, etc

    ATTEMPTED REMEDIES:
I logged on as with Admin Rights and it worked, but EU has Admin Rights.
I renamed EU’s profile and had her log on to create a new one, and it did not work.
I Removed the program using Control Panel. And also deleted Software entries in registry. THEN Re-Installed. Still did not work

    Any Clues??

    Thanks

So it works with one admin user but not with another?

Can you reinstall the software when logged in as EU? Does this make it work for that user?
