Scrolling Text Not Available (Outlook 2003)

Hi,
Thought I’d try inserting scrolling text into an Outlook 2003 HTML message, and found I couldn’t – see screenshot. Word 2003 is selected as the editor for HTML messages, and Office is fully patched and fully installed on my hard drive. As you can see, I’ve selected Scrolling Text from the Web Tools menu, but can’t get beyond this error message. Does anyone have a clue as to what MARQUEE might be, and why it has prevented scrolling from working? I apologize for the poor resolution of the screenshot; hope you can read it.

Do you have Windows XP SP-2? If so, you’re out of luck – Microsoft disabled the marquee (scrolling text) control and doesn’t offer a workaround. See “Application is not available” error messages when you try to insert some Web Tools in Word 2002 and Word 2003.

Yes, I have XPSP2. Thanks, Hans. Scrolling text was just something I wanted to try out, but it wasn’t necessary or critical.
