A friend has just started to get an error message while opening email in Outlook Express 5.0 – the error messager reads as follows
INTERNET EX.SCRIPT ERROR
AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED IN THE SCRIPT ON THIS PAGE
What could be causing this???

You can set IE/OE to pop up a detailed dialog of script errors if you want to know the gory details of why the script did not run. Usually, it was an error on the author’s end and there’s nothing you can do about it. More importantly, perhaps, you should not let scripts run in your mailbox!!! See here.
