Anyone have an opinion about this “too good to be true” software?

There’s a thread at Bleeping Computer here.
I gather that it’s probably more of an advertisement than a tool. I don’t think much of software that “finds” infections and then asks you to pay to have the infections removed.
If that is the way it works then I’d steer clear of it.
