• Saving Outlook messages to edit?

What is the standard approach to save formatted messages for later editing?

My approach is to save them as HTML. Then if I want to edit them I open them in WORD and save them as DOC.

    Any better ways?

Do you want to save them for your own reference, or to use as a template for future email messages? If they are for your personal use, I think you are following the right approach getting them out of Outlook into a better editing environment. You might save a step by just copying and pasting directly into Word.

It is for my own reference.
Good suggestion on copy and paste.
However, to easily pickup header info I would do a Forward first.
      Thanks

You can use BBCodes to format your content.
Your account can't use all available BBCodes, they will be stripped before saving.
