I have a hosted web site. I can access it through FTP by clicking on the ftp network place I setup. Works fine. It does not work if I type the address in IE6 or Win Explorer. Doesn’t seem to like the same username password that works from the network places. In addition, and thus my problem, I can’t save my excel workbook to the network place. I get the error message “Cannot connect to the FTP server on the computer named http://FTP.improvisations.net” when I dbl click on the network place in the Excel Save As Web Page dialog box.
Any direction/ideas appreaciated.
