I use Publisher 2002’s Save As GIF to put pages of our newsletter on the website. Experimenting with some of the other available formats I find that both GIF and TIF save the 11×17 pages at 1632×1056 pixes whiel JPG and PNG save at 2550×1650 pixels. Does anyone know why the difference and whether there is a way to control the size of output files? (Yes, I realize the byte sizes are different but I am more interested in the resultant image sizes.)

No, you cannot control the image size when using the Save As feature in Publisher 2002.

You can use BBCodes to format your content.
Your account can't use all available BBCodes, they will be stripped before saving.
