Interesting timing in light of the Apple/Samsung decision. Samsung may not have tablets on the market for a bit until theuy settle out with Apple.

It does appear the OEM’s are taking up the challenge and developing real PC’s to compete with the Surface Pro. As I have said we all win with competition! Samsung andSonyare the first announced, but there will be many more.

We’ve just bought an ‘ordinary’ Samsung laptop* for work, and their feedback questionnaire after you’ve gone through the (quite well done) installation process is heavy with questions like
“Have you heard about All-in-One PCs?” Answer: Yes
“Are you considering buying an AIO PC?” Answer: No (sadly ‘not on your nellie’ is not an acceptable answer!).
