There will be no impact.  They will simply be replaced by another nefarious basement-dweller of the human gene pool.

Scuttlebutt in the intelligence community is that this anomalous shift in Russian policy may have an ulterior motive.  The U.S and other countries have tried for years to coerce Russia into arresting these and other digital miscreants, and have steadfastly refused despite the hard evidence presented to them through the U.N

Now, all of the sudden, right smack in the middle of a crisis that could escalate into a war, Russia plays nice and hands over the “bad guys” in exchange for ……..  for ……. something. We’re still working on the ‘something.’  But it’s got back-channel written all over it.
