Running old programs on W10

my pc broke down, got a new one with win10, but ive got a program that only runs in older ver windows. n ive tried to convert windows with your method but it seeems not working. pls advise. thanks

Which OS did that PC run ?

You can run old software on Windows 10 using compatibility mode.

Hi Dennis, if you’ve tried using the “Run As” feature to run the program like it would in Win 7, Vista, or XP and it still doesn’t run then you need to virtually run the OS that it last ran in.  I personally have old computers going back to Win 95 but that’s me.  It would be good to know what OS ran the program and what the program is as Alex suggested.
