Is there a way I can setup a Raspberry Pi to run as a “headless” network appliance without requiring a keyboard and mouse (and just remote into it or SSH into it when I need to adjust settings)?
There’s a few things I need to do with a Raspberry Pi:
1. Setup “HomeBridge” on it so I can use HomeKit on my iPhone to control my SmartThings setup (see: http://www.automatedhome.co.uk/apple/smartthings-raspberry-pi-homebridge-siri-homekit-controlled-smart-home.html)
2. Setup MeteoHub on it so I can test MeteoHub for WeatherBug (see: http://wiki.meteohub.de/Introduction)
3. WeatherBug is having me test some DIY weather station stuff coming up.
4. I also need a way to install an AirPrint server on it so my family can print from an iPad to my OKI network printer even through it isn’t AirPrint compatible (right now I’m using Printopia for Mac which works, but I plan to decommission my iMac whenever I can).
Thanks!
