Is there any way to specify that all email received from a specific domain be moved to a mailbox? I would like to move everything sent from within my company to a specific box; this should not contain any spam. Anything left in the inbox would then either be the rare personal email or the much more common spam.

I tried using the ‘with xxx.com in the sender’s address’ but this does not work, apparently because the display name does not contain the domain name.

I can’t use ‘from people or distribution list’ because there are too many to list and there new ones daily.

Ross, your reason that a Rule “with certain words in senders address” doesn’t work made sense to me, but when I went looking I found that Slipstick thinks it should work.

It should work, but you also could try just the second level domain (before the .com) and see if that works any better.

In my experience, the jscher2000 solution does work – just use “hotmail” and not “hotmail.com”.

Thanks for all the responses. I reversed my rule to follow the Slipstick example and it works fairly well – not 100%, but a big help. A couple of in-company emails were moved to the non-company folder, but no non-company emails were left in the Inbox.
