Is there a way to create a rule, without programming, that allows for the forwarding of email and addressing it using the BCC address rather than the TO address?

    Thanks,

As far as I know, you can’t do that without VBA.

I don’t have time to test this, but my understanding is that in Outlook one cannot forward a message and have only a BCC recipient without having at least one primary “TO” recipient. If you wan’t to forward a message to only one recipient, then you do not need to use a BCC, no-one else is going to see the forward. If you want to forward a message to more than one recipient, then why not use a Rule for each recipient as primary “TO” recipient? (If you do, remember NOT to turn on the “Stop processing Rules” option.)
