I’m trying to find documentation on what the icons in the “Action” column of Outlook’s Rules&Alerts dialog mean. So far no luck. Any idea? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried comparing them to the explanations on the first page of the Rules Wizard dialog (when using the Wizard in Template mode)? HTh

Good idea. Unfortunately, not all icons are listed on that screen.

Any chance of posting a screen shot of the relevant icons?

As that is the same icon that Microsoft use (at times) for Customising, I would suggest that the icon reflects a rule that you have created from scratch. HTH
