I get a lot of spam with the Subject “Re:”
the body of the email varies so I can’t pin down a rule there.
The outlook rules only seem to allow a ‘With [text] in the Subject’.
Is there a way to only catch “Re:” only

One rule option i can see is “move messages with specific words in the subject…..” while this wouod work with “Re” if could also catch valid messages that are forwarded to you. So perhaps you can experiment with the word re followed by say 6 blanks (spacebar) to see over time what it does catch.
One of the actions available is to “run a script” which hooks into a VBA procedure (macro). In VBA, you can examine the message in excruciating detail, including the exact subject line, the number of characters, etc. The actions that can be taken by your script including moving the message to a folder, deleting it, adding it to a category, etc. But… it’s more of a challenge to develop than normal rules.
