• Rule assignment (Outlook XP)

    On my work email, I want to a be able to move certain emails to designated folders. I have done this using the Rules Wizard. However, I would like to be able to move messages based on the fact that they are meeting notices. Is there a way that meeting notice messages received in my inbox can be delineated so as to be able to assign an applicable rule?

      Kathy, I haven’t tried this, but try a Rule like:

      “Apply this rule after the message arrives, uses the ‘Appointment’ or ‘Meeting Request’ Form, move it to the specified folder”

      get the Forms from the Application Forms dropdown in the Forms chooser dialog.
