• Rolling 12 Months – Pivot Table

    Good morning All,

    I got some really good (and speedy) answers with my last question. Hopefully this one will prove as easy to answer …

    I know how to do YTD but how do I get a pivot table to show a rolling 12 months figure?

    See really simple attachment to illustrate.

      For a quick fix I included a column in the actual data to incorporate a Rolling 12 Month value (where applicable). Off hand I can see no easy way creating a formula for a calculated field to give a rolling 12 mnths in the Pivot Table, as it would require spanning 2 years in your case.

      I am attaching the file to show what I mean.
