    Update:

Not that I found the proble, ’cause I didn’t. But I also couldn’t resolve it with a registry backup. So I restored from a mirror backup.

Now I’m checking it constantly to see if I can figure what happened.

My right-click on any item in my Start Menu isn’t working. Not on all items, but anyhting in the “Programs” section.

The context menu comes up, but if I select, say, “Open”, nothing happens.. I can right-click anything else it seems, and everthing works. But not the “Programs” section of the Start Menu.

What might this be, and how would I fix it?

    Regards,

It would be a real pain if that’s all it was… but at least I’ll know next time!

        Thanks,

Off-topic: what does the person in your new userpic say? The balloon is too small to read (for me).

Doc, THAT would work as well!

              Actually, it’s “Whazzat?”

I spent a certain amount of tikme trying to get within the 5kb pic limit. I’m not much of a graphics dude, or I could’ve found an alternative to shrinking it I suppose…

I went back to the error image, and that wasn’t the issue….

Must’ve just been something screwed up somewhere, ’cause reg cleaning didn’t work either.

        Oh well…
