    We would like to restrict the people that staff are able to send messages to using Outlook 2000 on an internal Lan. This is to stop regular messages to each other rather than to supervisors. Does any one know of a way of restricting access to only ceratin people?

      Um, what about teamwork? Maybe you are trying to discourage people from wasting time with personal messages. It might be enough to announce a policy that the server will cc: the supervisor on every message his employees send… this assumes you can configure your mail server to do this.
