I’ve designed a report that prints the contents of a Memo field for all records that meet a selection criteria (a date). Some records have few entries in the Memo field but others have many entries. When my report prints, it tends to ignore the last entries in the Memo field for those records that have many entries. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Try setting the Can Grow property for the textbox on the report to Yes.
Maybe the textbox isn’t large enough to print the longer memo data values.

Checked and it was already set to “Yes”. Thanks anyway!

Just for testing purposes, what if you made the textbox large enough to accomodate the largest entry … then will it all show? Are you certain that the memo fields contain all that you expect to see on the report? I’ve never had a problem printing out memo fields in their entirety, just how large are they in your db?

make sure that the detail section has it’s Can Grow property set to true also.

I cam across something similar with a user developed database but the problem was that the memo was truncated at 255 characters. It turned out it was the format “>” as the user wished to view text in Uppercase. When I removed the format the data magically reappered.
