The other day one of our attorneys sent a client an e-mail. For some reason, the system appears to be resending that same e-mail to the client over and over and over again. The client has an understandable request — how can we stop this from happening? Is there something we can do on our end? Is there something he can do on his end? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
