I have a table on 5 page excel spreadsheet. I want the first row to print on every page. Is there a simple way to make rows repeat at top?

File, Page setup, “Sheet” tab, click in the box next to “Rows to repeat at top” and select the row(s) you want on each page.

Just to add to Jan Karel’s Post, when using Rows to repeat at top and Columns to repeat, remember that Excel repeats the whole row or whole column, so it is important that you print preview your worksheet. A common problem that comes my way is odd data appearing on the last page. It is usually because people have not taken into account data at the far right on the worksheet or way down at the bottom of a column.

You also have the option of including a header/footer. This is under “View” in the menu bar.
