Remove Contacts & Calendar from Favorites

In Outlook 2003 my Calendar and Contact folders have appeared in the Mail Favorites section. Other mail folders have appeared in the Mail Favorites section and I have been able to remove those I do no want there. How do I remove these two non-mail folders from the Mail Favorites and stop this from happening? Hint: I am using Google Apps sync for Outlook and I am suspicious that this might happening during a Google Sync.

Are you saying that when you right click these folders and Remove them, they are recreated on next Google synch?

I believe I may have solved this problem by running Scanpst on the Google Apps PST file. Be sure to run Scanpst on the correct PST file. In my case searching for *.pst turned up 8 different pst files. I selected the one with the most recent date and ran Scanpst on that file. (It was in at Google Apps Sync folder.)
