Remove comma from string (xp)

I have a column containg a list of names. The surname is separated from the forename by a comma and a space (eg. Smith, John). Is there a way to quickly remove the commas from within the cells in the column?

Good to see you online!

Select the column.
Select Edit | Replace…
Enter a comma in the Find what box, and make sure that the Replace with box is empty.
Click Replace All.
