Reminders not working (2003)

I recently upgraded the server to Exchange 2003. The clients were already running Outlook 2003 before the update on the server end. The reminders were fully functional. Since the upgrade, 50% of the clients are having problems with the reminders, they simply do not work. I have tried running outlook with the /cleanreminders /cleanfreebusy switches, but it did not help.

I haven’t really looked at this area properly yet, but could it be related to the fact that Outlook 2003 has a native Unicode PST? Perhaps the inner structure of Exchange was altered for 2003 to take this into account. If that is so, it’s a bit early for any patch to have emerged but HTH.
