    Remembering one of the wackiest guys on radio

    The tributes are piling up — on the radio, the Internet, and every other place that’s heard of Car Talk and Tom Magliozzi. The elder of Click and Clack, the Tappet Brothers, passed away this week. But we still have his brother Ray and decades of archived (“we mean ‘old'”) Car Talk episodes.

    We’ll miss Tom’s ground-breaking, good-humored sense and nonsense. This week’s video is a celebration of Car Talk and of Tom and Ray Magliozzi.

      As car repair technicians, they provided good information. Self-deprecating humor sometimes eased the burden of dispensing bad news about the caller’s automobile problems.
