Hi, I am designing tables, many of which have multiple foreign keys. Is there anyway that I can avoid multiple instances of the table automatically generating when I open the relationship window – I like to print this off, and I’m always having to hide the duplicate instances of the table.

    Thanks.

If you have several fields in a table that are joined to the same lookup table, Access can only display the relationships by displaying multiple copies of the same table, for multiple lines between to tables signify a single join on more than one field, not multiple joins. So I think that the behavior is by design; I do not know of a way to do what you want.
