    I accidently deleted Microsoft Update Health Tools and can’t find any method of reinstalling the program.

      It is KB4023057. Look at Microsoft catalog

        The MS Catalog only shows downloads of KB4023057 for Win10.

      Have you tried looking for it in the Microsoft Store?

      Windows - commercial by definition and now function...

        I don’t think that there is Microsoft Update Health Tools for Windows 11.
        It was intended checking Windows 10 compatibility with Windows 11.

        Windows 11 may get in the future kb…057 to check compatibility with Windows 12.
