References in ACCESS97 vs ACCESS 2000 (2000 – vs – 97 )

I have a database which was developed in ACCESS97. This release was contained in the office 97 proffessional which also included the Binder program. The database uses the Microsoft Binder 8.0 Object Library to perform some tasks when required. When converting this into ACCESS 2000 or when using on a computer with only Office 2000 loaded, the database will not work properly because there is no Binder object library to reference. Hopefully someone can guide me in that I want to load the Binder object library to have it available on the Office 2000 computer. First of all is this possible? and secondly where would I load it if it is possible? Thank You for any help you might be able to give me.

There is a binder in Office 2000, but it doesn’t get installed by default and you have to dig around looking for it. It certainly will not have the same object library name as the previous version. Since I relied on our Computer department to do the install I (Assumed) it was not there. Thanks again
