Recycle Bin Name Change

I am using Win2K SP2 and was attempting to edit the registry to change the name of the recycle bin as I had done on Win98 in the past. I found the key to be in the same place but after I changed the name it remained the same on the desktop. I hit refresh and then rebooted, still no change. What am I missing?

A reg change is required to add ‘Rename’ to the right_click context menu.
