My employer upgraded my system from 8.1 to 10.

In their backup, I have found my old libraries from 8.1. They can be copied into the Windows 10 Explorer Libraries folder. Some of them are intact and seem just fine.

But other backed up *.library-ms files show they contain no folders when I try and open them within the Windows 10 Explorer Libraries folder. But, if I open those *.library-ms files in, say Excel, they show intact XML.

In short, how do I help Windows 10 to read and understand these *.library-ms files?
