Recover an Office Product Key

I have a client who purchased Microsoft Office 2007 Home & Student Edition and installed it on one or two machines. They purchased another laptop recently and wanted to install Office on it but the CD case was missing which had the Product Key. What they need is a program that can be installed on one of the machines that has Office installed and retrieve the Product Key.

Is there such an animal around? preferably free. Or, is there an easier solution to obtaining the Product Key?

I use Nir Sofer’s ProduKey, but you may need to turn off your AV temporarily to run it, because many flag this sort of program as a “Hack Tool”…
